Once it's down the weight can be taken by the interior and exterior walls, so knock out the corners first, push the hydraulics back up, then knock out the other hydraulic areas, then finally knock out the walls etc. Well that's what I reckon anyway.

It's like changing your car tire. Lift up the car. Take out the stuff. Don't put anything back in, and lower it. Then they do the same thing over again with each floor.
