It got rid of MY stress after about 5 hours of looking at it. I have a really bad headache now though.

Did any of you read the first page before carrying on?? The theory is the more stressful the person the more the images appear to move, so no you cannot use it to tell how stressed you are wihtout any frame of reference, and no it does not relieve stress

of course it does when u are stressed it's harder to keep ur eyes staring in one point (pic is moving slower)
