Info: The Chinese city of Harbin reaches forty below zero every year.

Between Jan 5 - Feb 15 the city is transformed into the "Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival", one of the world's four largest ice and snow festivals, along with Japan's Sapporo Snow Festival, Canada's Quebec City Winter Carnival, and Norway's Ski Festival.
