Peter Kay voted TV's best one-liner

Peter Kay's 'Garlic Bread' joke has been voted as the greatest television one-liner of all time. The line, which is also a staple of his stand up shows, is delivered by his character Brian Potter in Phoenix nights, saying:

"Garlic bread! It's the future, I've tasted it."

It beat Caroline Aherne's creation Mrs Merton to the top of the poll, with her swipe at Debbie McGee, saying:

"What first attracted you to millionaire Paul Daniels?"
