From looking at it, I'm assume. 1. The man with the mask has a birth defect making him only half a body. 2. The legs are fake, as they barely move. 3. The chain saw was never cutting because the doctors coat was pre cut.

basicly its a guy with no legs, and sum mechanical legs... criss angel used that technique when tearing a woman in half..
