for 13 aim for pacman top left, move it all the way to the right and burst pin balloon. Then bring othe pacman acroos to burst the rest

level 33...hit the balloon which is on its own. when doing this, aim your needle so it bounces of the ballon you just froze and aim it to go for the pink needle. its easy. took me a few turns to master but its easy when you know how
