Not only would I demand a refund, I would demand a written apology from the CEO of the Airline and free tickets (First Class, of course) to make up for that misery.

Looks like it was written on toilet paper sheets. I sat in that seat once, it's not good that you have to watch the Continental chairman say how good it is.
