A cross-section survey of 1000 people in the UK , made up of Afghans, Pakistanis, Indians, Poles, Iraqis, Somalis, Africans, Albanians, Bosnians, Turks, Geordies, Brummies, Glaswegians and Liverpudlians were asked if they thought Britain should change its

99% said no, they were happy with the Giro.

Obviously some of you think it is. Personally, I wouldn't take it too seriously. It simply lumps together those who don't speak the Queen's English and calls them lazy. Maybe not the greatest joke ever, but joke over.
For those who want to continue mulling it over in depth, I'd like to point out the clever use of rhyme in Euro and Giro.
