bullshit. You can't hear anything at the end of the video. Don't just make up that you heard 'turn it off' and yes, I am Georgian and I would've heard it.

Nope, ignore me below, this was more recent, 2007 November. Just at the end of the video, you hear a voice, it says "turn it off!"
