Politics isn't as simple as a few select quoting vids and some fixed conclusion. A report that only 'suggests' Iran (a terroist supportive state) has disengaged their nuclear capacity isn't reason to sit back, relax and think the world is fine. The President of the USA has to act, has to make decisions and has the world's best intelligence avaliable to him/potentially her.
