They could build the main structure to the side while the trains run, they then have 30 mins to attach it. Alternatively if they constructed it in the UK during rush hour, hours can pass.

if that was possible then itd be quite a achievment, but for them to build a structure like that in the space of 30 minutes - 2 hours that is impossible (the amount of time between trains)
