That first scene is in reversed but only for effect and I'll give them artistic licence for that. Apart from that the whole thing is exercise in perfect control. And scars and bruises!

That first scene is in reverse. You can tell by the way his hood moves; incorrectly for his momentum, and also you notice a slight pause where the editing puts the scene from reverse back into forward @ 00:9.5 Good vid, but come on, don't cheat!
