I feel u man, even though i like cingular a lot, they kind of been slippin, but i think they would delete that payment cuz there is no way that a person can run up a $5,000 phone bill on purpose, an if it shows that u made a change to ur account which led to the dumping of ur data plan without warning than they have to know that it was the problem of Cingular, not u!
