Polygamy is a bad idea, which was only ever justified if the female/male ratio was severely skewed (eg by many men being killed in conflicts). However, Poly*amory* is another matter - the idea that one can love more than one other person at a time; for some people this is a very enlightened approach.

Divorce breaks up families and destroys some children. If we can't stop women from marrying guys that don't love them, at least polygamy provides a financial and emotional support system for the children.

Islamic scholars are so stupid. Women are burned tortured destroyed by extremists like this clown. If they would show a tender side instead of blowing themselves up maybe this idiot would shut up. These are very compelling arguments. We have to face the reality of what men are like in society. It is a fact that a large percentage of married men have affairs with other woman or are sleeping with other women. This is just another form of polygamy. It's crazy that if a man whilst married, sleeps with another woman nothing is said, but when he says he wants to do the decent thing and give her all the rights marriage entails, it is forbidden. Crazy world.

What a bunch if fucking freaks! They take all the females for a few men, and then they murder a man for being with another man. He says that there are 25 million gays in America and uses that as some kind of logic to determine that there aren't enough women. He forgot to consider that there are just as many lesbians as there are gay men. But of course, what a woman wants is irrelivant so they are not included in that figure.
