I've been surfin' the web for days now-not a comment board in sight.....what's a guy with nothing to say and no one to say it to gonna do??? I thought I might have to have a real conversation...you know, like a dialogue? Then I found this...like manna from heaven-like a cool breeze on a hot day-like a splash of water in a desert...well, ya get the picture, right? Salvation, at last.........Oh yeah....one more thing... PHOTOSHOPPED!! (double exclamation points Patent Pending)

Definitely fake. People who field 911 calls would not encourage a kid to hold up the lines, it's dangerous. Also, the timing of the mother coming in is just too perfect. Still cute though.

all you people saying its fake...seriously? yur claiming its fake because it was a hard question? ask yourself if that makes sense. (besides the kid didn't know the answer, which proves in your eyes its real, because you guys claimed a 4 year old shouldnt know anything harder than 1+1)

Latest comment: "At least we learned a SECOND language! Unlike some of you unilingual people...that probably only knows to say "Hola, como estas" as your "second language" Hah. What a joke. Asian countries do have better maths. "

I'm a dispatcher and I can see myself getting a call like this. If it isn't busy, I'll amuse a kid for my own entertainment. As long as you can confirm there's no real emergency.

I don't think it's fake... notice the kid thought that 16-8=1. ;) My kid is always trying to school work above his level. It really does happen. That was soo funny and cute. And one heck of a cool officer to go along with that! lol

"People who field 911 calls would not encourage a kid to hold up the lines" - It's common practice nowadays to keep anyone on the line, there could be hidden meanings or conversations could be cover-ups in difficult situations where an obvious 999 (or 911) call would cause the caller danger
