The Cadillac brand is only very well-known in US, because Cadillac sales outside 'americanised' nations are virtually nil. They are too big, too inefficient, handle far far too poorly and are too polluting to be popular anywhere else. There is, of course, a cult following, so you occasionally see 'pink cadillacs' on the road. The others were easy to guess, mostly because a)they have the name on them and b)they have more international appeal.
