whether its real or not i dont really think it matters she's jumping arround on stage doing a dance routine and the fact that she can even talk whilst doing so is quite franckly amazing!!

So much of these stage shows are lipsynched. They can't dance like that and sing at the same time. That's why the oldtimers had backup dancers and they just sang.
