It's a ROAD SAFETY INSTALLATION to all those people who don't bother to read the caption. The car has been cut in half and placed on it's end.

I dont think its photoshopped by the looks of it its a planted car made to look like its crashed into the ground probably not even a front end to it...stops after the door or the windscreen
