That one about the horse statue is false. Trying to get the thing not to fall over plays a much bigger role.

Kanagaroo is actually Aboriginee for HORSE - not "I dont know". The first settlers brought the first horses and the Aboriginees thought the settlers were talking about the horses and gave them the new name (literally Kangaroo) - but the settlers thought that was the name for the hoppy creatures... so Kangaroo is Aborigine for Horse.

Religious history? More bollocks! The truth is that they were designed by the people who made the cards who had imagination, not modelled on anyone in particular.

A duck's quack sounds very similar forwards or backwards. Therefore in many cases, the echo is 'masked' by the original sound, making it sound elongated rather than a distinct echo. Anyway, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it!

No. 1 is a lie decks of playing cards were created in order for gypsies to still read tarot without being persecuted for being a witch as owning a deck of tarot cards meant execution.

1, 5 and 11 are false (others may also be false). !0 is half true, as bonobos also have sex for pleasure. [wrong button - I was the first pedant!
