Graphical Waterfall is registered trademark of Pevnick Design. See pevnickdesign website. The original graphical waterfalls make this look sad.

Why doesn't the bottom ever get full and overflow?

This is AWESOME! It always amazes me that someone could actually do things like this for our enjoyment. THANK YOU.

This waterfall is NOT the work of Professor Pevnick who invented the Graphical Waterfall in the 1970s and patented it in 1979. Professor Pevnick has shown his artwork in water all around the world before these other artists were born. It is a shame that his art work has been copied and then wrongfully referenced. for more info on the REAL Graphical Waterfall; w w w dot Pevnick Design dot com

I saw the same thing at a car show in Frankfurt back in 2001 or 2002. Back then it was set up like a billboard for JEEP.
