i am guessing it was a problem zone before, so they installed a big pipe under the road exactly for this not to happen.

So, Was that a 'suck hole' that appeared to start off with? Then it washed away the dirt under the road, and the weight of the tarmac forces it to break apart as it has a very weak structure, then more dirt got washed away and so more tarmac fell in... And so on. What was the big metal thing tho?

Previous poster, we might dislike a lot of what America is, mostly their unbelievable ignorance, but your post saying EVERY SINGLE ONE is also very very ignorant. There are MILLIONS of great people living there. If you're going to attack, try not to be as ignorant as the ignorance you're attacking.

To previous poster. Of the developed nations America is second from the bottom of aid givers as a percentage of GDP. Only Japan gives less. And even then, America uses it's aid as a weapon to blackmail nations. And I'm actually Pro-Americans, except for the ignorant ones, like the previous post.
