If you know Mad Mag. at the penultimate page you must fold the part B, in this case "-)", over the A, ":-(", giving a new sense to the drawing, ":-)". But this ad is very boring!

Before and After. The emoticon on the left is sad, replace nose and mouth with symbols on the right, and emoticon is happy. If this is the answer, it's a pretty shit Advert.
