Set your volume to regular settings. Listen very carefully using quality headphones. The video displays audio frequencies that are being played. Typically, depending on age, audible frequencies will be between 20-30 Hertz at the low end, and 10-16 kiloHertz at the high end. Because of the encoding used during the audio preparation, tests above 18 kHz are not very reliable. Do not increase the volume just to see if you can hear anything!

Even the highest pitches work on my old laptop. I waited til the end, then turned the volume up just a little. I couldn't hear a thing, but my cat definitely did.

i got all the low stuff, but my left ear crapped out early and the right gave out just after 12 kHz. interesting stuff tho

Of course, there is the problem of whether or not your speakers are even capable themselves of those frequencies, which is not necessarily the case.
