A rather nice video, this of course represents my point of view at the time of watching. No need to bother with conceptual split into body and mind, then points of view at once infinite.

It really depends on your point of view. Define wasted life in relation to this guys philosophy and to some degree his understanding of his own body and mind. Then compare it with your own life. You've probably just spent God knows how many hours looking at a screen. In that time, How have you enriched your own or anybody elses life. Are you beginning to get the picture Karel? So when you use the term "waste of life" have another little think and then go and take a good hard look in the mirror.
