Picture this.. a tropical storm with winds over a 100mph is coming. The force can rip the roof off buildings and throw cars. What would you do? This guy anchors himself to a sail - which is designed to catch the wind - and is suprised he has to pay the higher rate of stupidity tax. Doh!

He was obviously flying a c - kite with0out instant depower upon bar release. These kites should be recalled and banned - they are just too dangerous. The thing is most people getting into the sport and trying to buy cheap equipment are still buying these older style but deadly dangerous kites. Get a new model kite with depower - they wil save your life!
