I think it's part of a new BT advertising campaign on the telly. Seen a similar thing today, with Peter Jones (from Dragon's Den) experiencing techy problems in the office. He leaves the office, and the gremlins run riot.

Mmmm, what could this be for????? Would love to get him into our office. He could cause all kinds of disruption & sadly we'd have to lock up and head to the pub....
