I also think that if they wanted to make an ad that was targeted towards the deaf they should have put sound into this ad, and also put closed captioning on all of their other ads.

Ok, so here's the rub. EVERYONE in the street is at home, with no lights on. WHAT! Are they ALL blind, except Bob? And what exactly is Bob doing, in the dark, just before the kick-off? Very odd, if you ask me! PS Kim, I'm partially death, you sure there's no sound? lol, mike

So insensitive the the blind who listen to the TV. Think about all those blind folks trying to adjust their sets when this commercial came on the air.

I am totally blind, and although I do think it's pretty cool of Pepsi to make an ad like this, they really should have had sound along with the closed captions. The thing that really struck me was when I was told they had BRAILLE at the end of the ad! I think Pepsi is confusing their blindness and deafness like so many other companies and people out there!

Latest comment: "Guess Pepsi is just picking the handicap that is the most popular at the time and forgetting about the rest. Shame on them. "

No, Bob is the only deaf person, and also not asleep. Bob isn't in the top rooms, so no lights there, or the porch, so no lights there either. It makes sense.

I too am totally blind and would like to add a pint of milk to my internet shopping order. Now where's that f*cking mouse.
