One of the funniest things I have read in ages. Let's just hope the PC Police don't stop us having a laugh at things like this. Absolute class x

Good job! But its not as good as terminator 2. Man..that was a great film. The terminator actually begins to understand human emotions at the end. Genius.

If this is what Ladybird books were like, I say bring them back now!

First easy reading book that's made me cry tears of laughter.

Guest: El Johnno (489 days ago)

On the title page it says First published 1974, so this edition was bought in 1974 or later. Yet the price is two shillings and sixpence. Rumbled!

Guest (494 days ago)

Wow if books were that good when I was younger maybe i would have learnt to read :D

Guest: John (487 days ago)

El Johno, its supposed to be a fake. We call these "jokes".

milkyMilky (494 days ago)

Hopefully the start of a series of modernised Ladybird books. Will the author please tackle another one before I sue him for chest pains.

ok, who else checked the horses hooves for wheels?

ctpulleyctpulley (495 days ago)

Super tongue in cheek story. Trouble is....A lot of stuff is true.

"He wants to bite Macolm's face" Pure genius. Fantastic work

Guest: nick.hughes_lot.rightoff (494 days ago)

This is deeply offensive, I'm a policeman and I have NEVER sat on a horse at work.

Guest: Pete Star (494 days ago)

Of course after page 4 and perhaps earlier, its all made up bollocks!
