I cant see anyone push it from outside, there is someone there at the time but they just stand back and hang around like theyre shocked not running. Watching it over and over it does just fold in on itself with the guy as the filling, maybe got jammed/stuck. Nasty shock for the guy in it.

no one could have kicked the door that hard... I don't know what did that but oww. The way the one door bends I think we're talking mechanical failure.
