Their parents should be ashamed. How could they have such low morals and issues of non empathy, if not taught to them by their family. The District attorney needs to press charges. These girls need a serious wakeup call. I do not want them apart of the society I and my children live in, until they are reprogrammed differently. Their behavior disgusts me. I am saddened at their total disregard for the rights of others and the principle laws of this land.
