Tim Soong and his best man Andy Baynes wrote this song after British Airways ruined his wedding plans by losing all the luggage, leaving him and his best man without their suits. His fiancee, Sokha Nhim, was also left without her dress.

Awful. Really awful. I hope the baggage handlers have noted their names and they lose their bags every time they travel - until they are dead.

The problem with terminal 5 could of been avoided. The reason no staff was present because no one could get into the staff carpark. They couldn't leave their cars otherwise they would get towed. It would of taken someone in the building to go down and manually open it up and check ID's. This would avert most of the disaster of T5.
