Latest comment: "I think it is 'semi-literate'. "

Guest: British Ex-Pat (400 days ago)

personally I don't hate Americans, but I do find ignorant people annoying. The problem is that the USA is rather big, and because it produces so much content for the media, the majority of the idiots we see end up being from the US, it's simply a case of numbers and averages. There are pleanty of prat's in the UK and the rest of the world, but they simply don't have the numbers to compete with the US

The anti-american thing is getting very tiresome. I'm sure it's just the work of one or two immature little kids who get their kicks that way. If it offends you, just ignore it. It's these kinds of reactions that they enjoy provoking. I have to say though that I think the international opinion of America is pretty low at the moment which probably goes some way to explaining the anti-american racism that goes on here.

It's a private joke between one sad loner on this website. He get's his kicks by posting "stupid americans" in every single thread. I think it's supposed to be ironic or something. Don't worry it doesn't reflect badly on america, only britain.

stupid americans

I have to agree, there's far too much xenophobic (and usually semi-illiterate)ranting on about Americans.Maybe those who post it believe they're being clever and demonstrating they're at the apex of the comedic form-it's actually a bit sad.

In life, everyone takes a grilling, but some people take things too far, they see other people making jokes which are funny about other people and nationalities, but these people don't know when to stop. Come on guys a joke is a joke, but don't take things too far.

seems to be the norm on these sites to hate all americans & everything american; ignorant people look at bush, palin, and many other rednecks and seem to think every american is the same. Im english and hope that obama gets in but are there enough decent americans to vote him in?

Guest: Guesset (400 days ago)

As a Brit I am completely indifferent to any of this guff.

Stupid Americans pretending to be British!

Guest: guest2 (401 days ago)

Well said, i'm a Brit, I've lots of American friends, and love to visit the states. Sure every country has its idiots, but if some people stopped using the same tar brush on everyone, we would all come to realise that they are in the minority.

lol.stupid americans with their false flag schemes.they may be destoying the world but u gotta love em. ;)

Just for the record - the comment below attributed to me wasn't actually posted by me. It was most likley that wanker IID1E4 or whatever his stupid name is.

How unfortunate that every time I get on this site all I ever see are comments that make fun of americans, I'm an american and all I want to do is try and make the world better like most other people, yes we have stupid people, but so does every other country. FYI: Not everyone that died on 9/11 were americans.

Guest: estupid amerikans (399 days ago)

I like the spanglish form of the joke best.

I'm commented on here before and said the exact same thing as the previous guests - there is far too much American-bashing by ignorant Brits! There was a Sumo picture spread regarding an Aussie girl and lo and behold it ended up American bashing!! And the Brits have the nerve to call Americans dumb. For the record, I am British but married to an American.
