Bears are made to dance by making them stand on hot coals while music is playing - eventually, they achieve negative association with music and pain, "dancing" as a result. This walrus was trained to dance by positive reinforcement, offering rewards for the correct movements. He's got a good rhythm going there.

Why do the people of eastern europe want to abolish bears? If they were in the US Smokey would be in deep s**t! I know. I know. Just kidding. There isn't a real Smokey The Bear. Besides, the Walrus was better than any bear I've ever seen.
