bet he just moved the one in front and drove off, leaving the rest there. The binmen would get in trouble for that as the car owner did not touch the bins.

Well there are no yellow lines and no signs prohibiting parking, so it is quite legal to park there. I hope he reports the "refuse executives" and they all get fired.

They did it because he blocked the bin area, he was in the wrong so they took the initiative and exacted their revenge. He can roll them out the way when he gets back and it hasn't damaged the car. Hats off :)
