I second palealien's point; either they knew this was going to malfunction or caused it to and therefore had a camera in position, or they have a camera trained on each and every windmill. The latter would be expensive but possible, maybe even profitable; the viewing rights are sold to psychologists so that they can hypnotise people with the whirring blades. Unfortunately this faulty one hypnotises people to kill so the viewing rights were bought by the army.

actually, the reason the blade exploded was because it "flexed" enough that it actually hit the "mid" section of the tower structure. Lawerence, these units are designed to enter auto shut off when wind speeds reach forty MPH or greater, and turn away from the wind. This unit malfunctioned. They are also maintenced and serviced on a regular basis.

look guys oil is like a drink once you have used most of it theres not alot left so we got to be carefull on haw we use electric like use less and be eco afishant oh and yes you peaple who make wind mills can you please make those brakes better i mean god those guys dont evan do services and check them for damage i mean for e.g the movie that fan was going so fast witch makes the genorator get hot and when it gets hot it starts to expand and when it expands it will expload god why dont eny one think about stuff like this? (exept me)
