The patented transparent playing surface replaces the traditional felt but allows the balls to roll at the same speed

if you could mount a 60" lcd directly to the underside, and then bring up a green screensaver... I would buy one, awesome.

A glass top pool table, that'll be a winner at the local on a Friday night. Unless 'vitrik' stops humans getting thrown through glass as well as slows pool balls.

Stick some sort of lighting in the surface and it would be top. I agree that there's no need to see the balls once they're pocketed.

it'll never catch on...there's no slots to put the 50 pences in

To the first Guest... Playing Pool for 25 years doesn't seem to have helped you to read or understand polymers well does it?

Guest (298 days ago)

does anyone know how tough that Vitrik surface is? If it's soft enough to slow those balls down that much it must damage quite easily...

Guest (298 days ago)

well, since its a polymer, it can be made dirt cheap.

Guest (298 days ago)

the balls looked to be pulling up too fast.

Guest (298 days ago)

to the person who wrote the first comment... its not played on a vinyl surface... but a vitrik surface. To me it seemed as if the balls roled as if on a normal pool table...

At last, I've always thought the one thing missing from a good game of pool was the ability to see the floor through the middle of the table. Now I can admire the floor and play pool - my two favourite activities

Guest (298 days ago)

what a piece of shit. I've played pool for over 25 years and there is no way that vinyl will react to the ball the way he says. Hey people with mad money make shit no one else will. definitly the perfect example of form over function. loser./

I think it looks sexy as hell. And a snip at only £18,000. I'll get two.
