What is a groundscraper?

Office space? What about an aging population? Three stories is allot easier to get down from in the case of a fire than 30 stories. Less travel time to the ground. One could probably install stairs and very gradual escalators and fewer elevators.

"When, we had equitable and fair Corporate taxation, the Canadian Health Care System covered ALL Canadians Health Care needs(1970-82)" Since 1982, our health care system has gone...down hill. Canadians only receive 46% coverage today because of a extreme reduction of the Federal Rate of Corporate Taxation. Read Linda McQuaigs 1987 book ," Behind Closed Doors - How The Rich Won Control of Canada's Tax System...And Ended Up Richer" Viking Press

Canada's Federal Rate of Corporate Taxation has fallen from 49% in 1948 to today's 17%. Canadian Social Programme's has lost billions of dollars from it's programmes.

In Canada, between 1970 and 1982 we had a National Health Care programme called Medicare. During that time, Medicare was fully funded and provide full coverage to every Canadian. Unfortunately, the rich and corporations in Canada didn't feel that paying their ,"fair share of taxes" to pay for this 100% health care coverage was in their best interests so, they continued to donate to the Conservatives and Liberal Partys of Canada and gained access to Government of Canada " Finance Committee's" and lowered the Federal Rate of Corporate Taxation to 17% today. In 1948 it was 49%

In 1987, Canada's Linda McQuaig wrote entitled,"  BEHIND CLOSED DOORS: HOW THE RICH WON CONTROL OF CANADA'S TAX SYSTEM...And Ended Up Richer". Viking Press.

All people deserve a fully funded universally available public health care system.

The U.K. Labour Party policies...are what the voters of the U.K. want. Free Market Monetorism has not delivered any prosperity to 90% of the citizens of the U.K for at least 35 years. This Canadian feels the same way...Monetorism is a sham. The concentration of the corporate owned media in Canada keep printing the same lies. It's only a matter of time here in Canada. I think Jeremy Corbyn played an important part in the U.K. Labour Party's election results but, more important were the Labour Partys domestic and foreign policies -  the people of the U.K. support them.

I thought the Federal Reserve "gave the US Treasury" orders to print or not to print money.....Hmmmm.

Why not return Canada to equitable taxation? Back in the late 1940's the Federal Rate of Corporte Taxation was 49% on profits over $250,000.00 cdn. dollars. Today that rate is 17%. Canadian Social Programmes didn't cause the debt...a reduction in revenue did. (1) Feature Article" The Growth of the Federal Debt"  by H. Mimoto & P.
