How do you know it was the Audi that was at fault? We aren't shown another car but who's to say it wasn't a trucker, or a family in an SUV that hit the Audi?

if you look at the photo u can see where he skidded into the tree. And as the tree seams barely damaged you should consider if it is a cut and shut!!

What looks like damage on the tree is actually white paint (or similar). The Audi didn't hit the tree that it ended up next to. The marking on the tree is to help drivers see it at night since the road has a nice curve at that point

Well, actually, you can see that the car hit the tree and turned around. Because the tracks before the tree is from the car........

This guy would have been just as likely to hit another car with a family in it and kill their young sons and daughters - not such a funny story then. This guy is selfish, a jerk and deserves no respect.
