Latest comment: Didnt look like a roadside bomb. Looked like it came from the air. Roadside bombs or IEDs dont tend to be buried under a few tonnes of concrete - too much effort to plant them. Unless of course there was some sort of drainage channel going under the road that the bomb was planted in.
That notwithstanding, just before it goes off you see it fall from the air in the video.
