Good old Viz normally they have Dear miriam or dear Skellator advice columns which are of course made up. Everyone knows when a car stalls usually it is due to temprature

as normal the lady didnt know what vehicle she is driving and so the reply is only correct if the vehicle has not got an injection system, if it has it could be the cold run censor.
