Do that to me with no valid reason and I guarantee I'd track down that blue piece of shit & settle things.

Latest comment: Lol! Good eye. That's an edit, presumably to save us from even more footage of the guy just standing there. If you look at the counter that's part of the video, in the top left, it jumps from 1201 to 1211 at that point.

Why aren't police taught communications skills? (or people with no communication skills/ common sense admitted!)
They should probably know something about human rights too!

I hope that guy is no longer with the police.
But now I understand why the french police has cameras on their tasers to control correct use of it.

The land of the free. More like the land of the stupid if you ask me. The all american way: Shoot first, then think. (That is, if you have any braincapacity left next to being housebroken...)

That is shocking, fair play to the victim though to state their case calmly and question the officers appalling behaviour. I hope the officer was severly disciplined or fired. Christ I would of went nuts/cried if that happened to me.

Yes the cop was wrong to taser this person but they should have just got the insurance and license out when asked, instead of being a smart ass. If a cop pulls me over I always do what they say, I know how corrupt these assholes are.

He was going 5 over the speed limit and was treated like a drug dealer. Thanks police, i can't believe OUR Money "Taxes" pays for this type of behavior. They have all the time in the world to pull people over on Thanksgiving while real felons are loose really breaking the law.

Ya bunch of pussies! Just give him what he asked for. Like it or not she was speeding. We(taxpayers) are paying him to uphold the law. All she had to do was give him the license & insurance, take the ticket and go on her way. WTF is with the missing plate. Driving is not a right, it is the drivers responsibilty to make sure the entire vehicle is propoerly operating and tagged. Get over it. Now if he zapped her repeatedly it would be a dirfferent story.
