try sticking a bigger engine on it more rotar blades and some safety stuff and u could be alot higfher and faster than that and weighting about 110 lbs at most unless u put a huge engine on it

Why he sat so close to the engine? It should be at least 6 feet away from his head. 3 reasons for it is: less noise to your ear, much much safer w/o that much added weight, it will also give you better balance as your own bodyweight acts like a counter weight better and you probable never toppel it that way, looks like fun though

This one looks like it might be a prototype. Added safety enhancements will limit the passenger to a max weight of ~75 lbs.
