You see men have worse accidents because men hit moving objects while driving too fast. Women hit inanimate objects while travelling at slow speeds. Therefore women aren't necessarily better drivers. Then you have to take into account the number of times men crash while trying to overtake some women driving at twenty in a forty zone while putting on her lipstick. Didn't include that in your statistics did you?

Why do men persist with this sexist and frankly, WRONG, idea that women are worse drivers then men? Women have fewer accidents, claim for smaller amounts when they do have accidents, and are less likely to be involved in fatal accidents than men are. According to researchers at Brunel University, women are also more likely to comply with the rules of the road, and to remain within the speed limit. AND we get cheaper car insurance because of it.
