Latest comment: As a former soldier in the British army I would say this sort of behaviour is common in all armies across the globe..It is part of the de-humanising process required to de-sensitive a man into obeying orders including killing when required without question.. I realised I had lost my power to think and I was no longer a unique individual capable of reasoning and logic. We can all be brainwashed and the state does it best.
