Mayhem on Dubai motorway

I used to live in Dubai, and young members of the rich "elite" there would drive like maniacs. If they killed somebody on the road they could either go to prison or pay a fine to the victim's family. The rich maniacs, of course, always paid the fine.

What the hell are you talking about!? This must be the guy who holds the world record for driving on two wheels and if it's not it is still very impresive.The stunt was controlled and the worst that would have happened is a stunt rider would have been killed/injured as they had a rolling roadblock.Im sure the people a mile back were a bit anoyed at the delay but the people who could see it would have been filming it if they were normal!.
