I find it interesting that Greene comments quite freely on things that cannot be seen, proven or otherwise observed in any tangible way, but can only be "proven" by mathematics that must include invisible, infinitesimally small internal dimensions. Still, Richard Dawkins promulgates Greene's ideas which while "scientific" in scope are based on faith rather than observation.

Mathematics gives insight into areas that lead to proofs that can be verified or disproved. The bible never gave insight on how to build a car, computer or can openers. Science is rational thought from observation. Theories are the best fit until proven otherwise. This is how our society advances. Religion is now obsolete, because some of us are smart enough to ask more questions than scriptures allow.
