Why does no one think of taking this nut out of circulation by crushing him between two cars? He is passing thousands of cars and no one seems to bother.
I was waiting for one car nudging to the left to squash him - St Putin would approve.

You RIDE bikes and DRIVE cars. Comes from pre engined vehicles when you rode horses and drove carriages.
