I will tell you the answer to the problem. In London there are no free public urinating facilities. All they have to do is place a multi outdoor urinal (like they do in all other major european countries).

If there were a supreme being and he/she/it were to administer an enema to London, Hoxton is where the tube would be shoved. The smell of drying urine can only freshen the place up.

Instead of filming people pissing, maybe he could spend time working harder in order to not have to live in such a shithole? Just a thought.... Even if there is no one pissing he still has to live above some bins and decrepit outhouses!
