Your mindset is all wrong on this one, these kids probably work from 6am till late and this is probably their only way of letting of steam. Believe me, we spend a lot of time there, there is no welfare or health system and if you don't work you don't eat - simple. So the next time someone from a call centre in India answers your call, just remember, saying you can't understand them will mean they will be sacked. You can see from his manner that he is quite full of himself at his prowess at what he is doing. That says it all, he will probably never own a car, get marrried or have a girlfriend.
