Many drones don't land on wheels. they glide to a stop on the ground or are caught buy a net or some other contraption. as for the material, it would be made of some type of composite to reduce its radar profile. that being said, it could be real, or it could just be propaganda.

It looks like a model to me. Why do they cover up the wheels? Maybe its because there aren't any. And the front grill looks too uneven to be from a high tech stealth plane. To my untrained eyes, it looks like cardboard.
